About this role

The Network / SATCOM Field Service Representative provides 24/7 Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support for Special Operations Command Satellite Deployable Nodes, ensuring 24/7 deployable status through on-site and telephonic assistance. This role involves configuring and maintaining Cisco devices, VSAT systems, and iDirect modems while conducting repairs, testing, and training for DoD C5ISR systems. The position requires a Secret clearance and extensive hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems to support critical national security missions.

Responsibilities

Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance support for SOCOM SDN Family of Systems
Configure and operate Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and Cradle Point wireless routers
Conduct bench testing, repairs, and troubleshooting for satellite deployable nodes and C5ISR equipment
