About this role

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on strengthening and evolving secure access and network security platforms within a global enterprise environment. The position involves leading engineering efforts for Secure Web Gateway, Proxy, and SASE controls while administering Zscaler and Palo Alto Networks technologies to support 30,000 users worldwide. The incumbent will serve as a senior escalation point for high-severity incidents and mentor other engineers to improve platform reliability and policy quality.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering and continuous improvement for SWG, Proxy, and SASE security controls
Administer and harden Zscaler and Palo Alto Networks firewall platforms
Design and maintain scalable security policies for internet and private access
Serve as a technical escalation point for complex security incidents
Mentor engineers and establish best practices for network security operations
