Network Service Technician

The Network Service Technician assists with installing, maintaining, and supporting One Communications’ fiber network, POPs, and other small business and corporate service offerings. This role requires 24/7 support of the network, including monitoring with SNMP tools and providing first and second-level support on network infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement new connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure appropriate SLAs are maintained.
