Network Services Technician

This role is responsible for pre- and post-provisioning, activating and deactivating services, and auditing and troubleshooting all services on the network. The position involves developing load and cut sheets from Outside Plant designs for import into specific applications, as well as validating and troubleshooting service flows through various software products. The role also includes performing audits, testing on customer premises, and supporting maintenance and migration activities.
