Network Support Engineer

This remote role supports the IT infrastructure team by ensuring reliable and secure connectivity for POS terminals, kitchen display systems, and related hardware across distributed retail and restaurant client locations. The engineer will troubleshoot network issues remotely, coordinate with on-site teams during rollouts, and maintain the network backbone to keep client POS systems online and transacting. The position requires a self-motivated professional comfortable diagnosing issues at distributed sites without physical on-site presence.
