About this role

A Network Technician will work with the Network Team to monitor networks, provide first-level troubleshooting, communicate with internal teams, perform audits, and support network projects.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for network incidents during night shifts
Work with Network Engineers on incident prevention and service restoration
Escalate network issues within SLA and communicate with internal teams
Perform network equipment configuration and replacement under guidance
Participate in night shift buddy checks for network engineers

Skills

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalentCisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Comp TIA A+ certificationAssociate’s degree or higher
