This pivotal role involves leading the program from the ground up by designing the curriculum, securing accreditation, recruiting the inaugural resident class, and establishing the training infrastructure. The position is clinical home-flexible, welcoming backgrounds in vascular neurology, neurohospitalist medicine, or general ambulatory neurology, with protected administrative time for leadership duties.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of ACGME initial accreditation for the residency program
Design and implement the comprehensive neurology residency curriculum
Oversee resident recruitment and selection processes in accordance with NRMP standards
Chair the Clinical Competency Committee and Program Evaluation Committee
Serve as mentor and advocate for all neurology residents
