A Shift Process Engineer/Technician in Micron’s Yield Technology group operates and performs minor maintenance on equipment used for Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) and Metrology. The role supports Fab 4 process development and integration teams, assists with SEM and PFA requests across DRAM and EM part types, and requires availability for any shift including overtime. This position is based in a semiconductor fabrication environment focused on enabling yield and process improvements.
