About this role
As a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) HVM Process Engineer at Micron, you will utilize state-of-the-art defect detection equipment and processes to troubleshoot and resolve inline defect and process issues in order to accelerate learning cycles and reduce defectivity. This position offers opportunities for collaboration with overseas manufacturing facilities, technology transfer, and ensuring visibility to defects to prevent excursions. Engineers passionate about problem detection and process improvement are encouraged to apply.
