About this role
The VEG New ER Doctor (NERD) program is a six-month immersive training that converts practicing non-emergency veterinarians into confident emergency doctors through hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and extensive RACE-approved CE. Participants work in open-concept VEG hospitals alongside experienced doctors, receive over 160 hours of paid continuing education, and are guaranteed placement as an ER doctor upon successful completion. The program includes competitive compensation and benefits beginning day one and significant investment in trainee development.
