About this role

The VEG New ER Doctor (NERD) program is a six-month immersive training designed to convert practicing non-emergency veterinarians into confident emergency (ER) doctors through hands-on clinical experience and individualized mentorship. Participants work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors, complete 3-4 hospital shifts per week, and earn over 160 RACE-approved CE hours while receiving state-of-the-art training. Graduates are guaranteed placement as full-time ER doctors at VEG upon successful completion of program competencies; relocation may be required.
