About this role

The Nursing Graduate is a temporary, supervised trainee position in a clinical setting at Intermountain Health where the employee participates in patient care delivery under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse while completing the Nurse Residency program. The role is intended for recent nursing program graduates preparing for and taking the RN licensure exam and is limited to a maximum 12-week period if the candidate has not yet obtained RN licensure. Start date is March 2, 2026, and the position is based at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.
