About this role
Banner Health’s New Nurse Experience is a full-time New Graduate RN Residency Program designed to transition recent nursing graduates into competent professional RNs through mentored clinical placement at Banner facilities. The program provides structured training, simulation lab experiences, and development opportunities while participants are placed on specific units and expected to remain on their NNE unit for at least 12 months. New grads receive full employee benefits and shift differentials and will work varied 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
