Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is hiring a New Grad RN Resident for the 9M Cardiac Stepdown/Transitional Care Unit in Canton. This role is part of a one-year accredited Nurse Residency program designed to support new nurses as they transition into practice while caring for high-acuity cardiac stepdown patients. The position is based at Mercy Hospital with rotating day/night shifts and weekend/holiday rotations.
