New Grad RN Resident — Cardiovascular Surgery Stepdown at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is an entry-level nursing role within the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute focused on care of post-operative cardiac and vascular patients. The position is based on a 24-bed telemetry stepdown unit treating post-open heart, minimally invasive/robotic surgery, ventricular assist device and other cardiac-related admissions. The role includes participation in a one-year accredited Nurse Residency program and works a day/night rotating 12.5-hour shift schedule.
