A New Grad RN Resident in the Med/Surg and Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital participates in a structured residency program providing direct acute inpatient nursing care on the 7th Floor. The role supports adult patients with a variety of diagnoses, working day/night rotating 12.5-hour shifts alongside a success coach and interdisciplinary team. It is targeted to new graduate RNs or RNs transitioning into acute direct care.
