Baptist Health South Florida
The Baptist Health Spring 2027 New Grad RN Residency is a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed to transition newly graduated registered nurses into safe, competent professional practitioners. This 18-22 week program includes guided preceptor clinical experience, instructor-led core curriculum, interactive classes, skills labs, mentoring, and 360-degree evaluations to help residents gain the necessary experience and confidence. The residency is open to recent RN graduates with limited acute or non-acute care experience and is projected to begin on March 22, 2027.
