About this role

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer will lead the transfer of electronic products from concept through qualification, production release, and manufacturing ramp‑up. The role bridges electronic engineering and manufacturing, ensuring products are robust, manufacturable, testable, and ready for repeatable production while coordinating with design, test, quality, and supply‑chain teams.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing design reviews and production‑readiness activities
Plan and support prototype, pilot, and pre‑production builds
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure production readiness
