About this role

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist manages project management for new product materials, including RFQs, tooling, and PPAP processes. This role collaborates with the Strategic Global Sourcing team to negotiate costs, analyze supplier quotations, and maintain Costed Bills of Materials. Additionally, the specialist supports end-of-life product changes and facilitates technical design reviews to ensure manufacturability.
