New Talent Stylist

The New Talent Stylist & Colorist participates in an immersive training and development program at Adolf Biecker Salon, an Aveda concept salon, designed to prepare new professionals for a successful career behind the chair. Through structured education, hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing workshops, this position develops technical proficiency in either styling or color services, based on the individual's specialization. Upon successful completion of training, team members transition to the salon floor full-time in their chosen specialization.
