The Association for New Canadians (ANC) is a non-profit settlement organization based in Newfoundland and Labrador that helps immigrants and refugees settle, integrate, and participate in community and economic life. ANC delivers programs and services for newcomers — including language supports, employment and job‑readiness training, orientation and referrals — alongside employer engagement and hiring supports. The organization also provides community connection, advocacy and information services to strengthen inclusive local networks. Newcomers and employers turn to ANC for practical assistance and local expertise to ease successful settlement and workforce integration.
