We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink DEX Lead/Architect and Automation SME to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Nexthink across a global IT environment. The role focuses on driving proactive IT operations, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) improvements, automation, and self-healing capabilities to enhance service quality and reduce operational effort. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority for the Nexthink platform, defining architecture standards, developing enterprise automation frameworks, and leading Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
