About this role
A NICU RN at MercyOne Waterloo provides specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III neonatal intensive care unit integrated within the Waterloo Birth Center. The role supports family-centered care with infants remaining in LDRP rooms and participates in NICU transport when higher-level care is needed. Night shift hours are 3:00 PM–3:00 AM.
