About this role

Spektrum is seeking intelligence subject-matter experts to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger by simulating the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC) and enabling exercise delivery. The role provides strategic and operational intelligence support to Exercise Control (EXCON), contributes to scenario development and daily intelligence updates, and coordinates across INTEL disciplines and training audiences. Assignments are event-based (typically 5–15 days) and primarily on-site to support large-scale NATO training and exercises.
