Night Audit

The Night Audit role involves recording, processing, and analyzing daily closing figures, ensuring credit transactions are balanced, and completing required reports. The position also includes attending to guest needs such as registration, checkout, cashiering, and making wake-up calls. Additionally, the Night Audit acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during night-time hours, handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
