Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for nightly balancing hotel charges and expenses for the hotel operation, as well as showing sensitivity and responding to all guests' needs safely and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. This role involves auditing and balancing revenue, completing daily management reports, and acting as the hotel system and emergency liaison during night hours. The position requires providing superior customer service, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining knowledge of hotel activities and area attractions.
