The Night Manager will oversee all hotel operations during the overnight period, acting as the senior leader on property to ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction. This role involves leading the Front Office team, managing night audit processes, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Marriott brand standards. The position also requires ensuring compliance with safety procedures and supporting the pre-opening journey of the new AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast.
