Night shift Grinding Operator

M.S. Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Night shift Grinding Operator to set up and operate a centerless grinding machine, preparing forged blank bolts into close tolerance machined parts. The role involves installing and adjusting grinding wheels, visually and dimensionally checking samples, and entering production data into a computer reporting system. The position also includes coaching trainees and monitoring quality for both the operator and the trainee.
