Night Shift Manager

The Night Shift Manager leads the mid‑shift and returns operations for New Jersey’s largest wine and spirits distributor, overseeing inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring high customer service while driving productivity improvements. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role focuses on continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration across night and day teams.
