Night Shift Production Supervisor

The Night Shift Production Supervisor leads a high‑performing manufacturing team during overnight operations at the AZEK facility in Scranton. This role oversees shift leaders, operators, and production assistants to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met, while coordinating resources and driving continuous improvement. The supervisor also manages equipment set‑ups, monitors product quality, and provides training and coaching to develop the team.
