Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction
• Develop and train staff to ensure service level agreements are met
• Process business and management information reports based on driver and loader output
• Prioritize individual project deadlines and deliverables in a pressurized environment
• Ensure compliance with all site Health, Safety, Environment, and Security rules
