Night Shift Team Leader

The Manufacturing Team Leader drives manufacturing excellence at the shop floor level by coaching and developing hourly associates to utilize the Hollister Production System (HPS) for improved results in safety, quality, service, and cost. This role is responsible for administering policies, supporting new product commercialization, and advocating for team growth within a team-based environment. The position ensures associates meet daily targets and maintain a safe work environment while addressing quality issues and production metrics.
