About this role
Night Shift Backcountry Staff at ThreePeaks Ascent support a short-term residential treatment program that blends wilderness therapy with traditional residential care to serve students with mental, behavioral, and substance-use challenges. The position works week-long backcountry shifts on a 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule and participates in scheduled orientation weeks. The program is Joint Commission accredited and focuses on increasing accessibility to wilderness-based therapeutic services.
