NIT IO Application Support Engineer

This role provides 24x7 operational support for mission-critical enterprise applications across production and non-production environments within an ITIL-structured framework. The position focuses on application monitoring, incident and major incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration to ensure continuous operational excellence. The engineer will also support distributed applications, manage change and release processes, and contribute to automation and knowledge management initiatives.
