NOC Change Manager

The NOC Change Manager governs and coordinates planned and emergency network changes across the organization, ensuring operational excellence while minimizing customer impact. Serving as the central coordination point between Engineering, Field Operations, Performance teams, and the Network Operations Center, the role maintains network stability and improves operational processes. This position requires managing the change lifecycle, facilitating cross-functional communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a 24x7 environment.
