About this role

A NOC Engineer II at Boldyn Networks monitors client infrastructure daily, troubleshooting network outages and managing service interruptions across layers 1-3. This position requires working a 'Panama' shift from 6pm PT to 7am PT to support students and other clients.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network outages across layers 1-3
Utilize network monitoring tools to diagnose and record issues
Configure basic LANs including routers and firewalls
Provide end-to-end network documentation for clients
Participate in on-call rotation with other NOC engineers
