NOC Resource

The NOC Resource is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks across multi‑site enterprise environments. The role involves configuring and supporting Cisco and Juniper networking platforms, F5 load balancers, and Infoblox DDI solutions, as well as conducting wireless site surveys and RF analysis. The incumbent monitors network performance, resolves incidents, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure optimal uptime and documentation standards.
