NOC/SOC Analyst I

The NOC/SOC Analyst I serves as a frontline operations analyst responsible for monitoring enterprise technology services, responding to operational and security events, and supporting service availability and business continuity. This role executes approved NOC and SOC procedures, performs event and alert triage, leads Major Incident bridge calls, and coordinates escalation activities across infrastructure, security, and data center operations.
