Non-CDL Driver Trainee

A Non-CDL Driver Trainee at Cascade Disposal is responsible for collecting, loading, and transporting waste using a side-load truck to landfills or transfer stations. This physically demanding role involves performing DOT vehicle inspections, reading route sheets, and interacting courteously with customers while adhering to D.O.T. laws. Candidates must hold a Class A or Class B CDL permit prior to hire and will receive paid commercial driver's license training.
