Non-Licensed School Based Therapist

The School Based Therapist provides mental health counseling services within the Cullman County school systems to support students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that may impede their academic success and well-being. The role involves performing crisis intervention, managing client caseloads, and documenting progress in electronic charts while maintaining confidentiality standards. This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm to ensure accessible mental health care resources for students.
