About this role

Spektrum is recruiting an OPFOR Non-Linear Subject Matter Expert to support NATO Joint Warfare Centre exercise planning and execution in Stavanger. The role contributes to incident development and scripting workshops, integrates non-linear effects using JEMM and link-analysis tools, and helps ensure opposing-force scenarios are realistic and aligned with exercise objectives. The position is onsite and may require occasional travel to other NATO sites.
