Union Home Mortgage
The Non-QM Sales Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for Non-QM loan products, providing guidance and support to Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and internal partners throughout the loan origination process. This role assists with loan structuring, product selection, pricing guidance, and investor guideline research to drive production and ensure loan eligibility. The position acts as a key liaison between sales teams, underwriting, secondary markets, and investors to promote effective utilization of Non-QM lending solutions.
