The Nordic HEOR Lead at Novartis is based in Finland and focuses on shaping and coordinating health economics and outcomes research strategy to support reimbursement and patient access across the Nordic countries. The role links local Nordic teams with international Value & Access and HEOR groups, with emphasis on pre-launch value assessments and HTA engagement.
