NPD Quality Lead

This role serves as the dedicated Quality lead for Commercial Cooling Chillers and related system platforms, providing end-to-end ownership from early product development through production launch. The position focuses on strengthening collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to address potential issues before they reach production. It involves leading quality activities, driving data-driven problem solving, and ensuring a smooth transition to sustaining Quality for new commercial chiller products and data center thermal management systems.
