NPD Readiness Lead

The NPD Readiness Lead ensures new products are fully prepared for service execution prior to and during launch by acting as the operational bridge between Product Development, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams. This role owns end-to-end service readiness, including diagnostics, documentation, training alignment, and field readiness, to prevent avoidable demand and reduce early-life failures. The position requires cross-functional coordination to translate product development outputs into clear, executable service requirements for support and field teams.
