About this role

As an NPI Buyer at Pratt & Whitney Canada, you will manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for new aerospace components and engines. You will lead supplier negotiations, coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams, and drive the industrialization of assigned parts from prototype to production. Responsibilities

Select and evaluate suppliers for new aerospace components and new product introductions
Lead complex contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, and development schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align engineering and production requirements
Optimize manufacturing costs through value engineering and alternative sourcing strategies
Monitor delivery schedules and manage supplier performance metrics to ensure on-time production
