About this role

This role provides primary medical management and emergency stabilization for critically ill neonates and infants within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The position involves 24/7 in-house coverage, collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to implement care plans, educate families, and manage patient discharge. Responsibilities also include precepting students, teaching residents, and participating in daily rounds to evaluate medical and nursing outcomes.
