About this role

The Clinical Data Lead is a subject matter expert on clinical data abstraction who supports account teams and ensures partner satisfaction through oversight of quality processes, documentation, and team onboarding. Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, this role contributes to data quality and improvement initiatives, supports partner communications, and performs a portion of abstraction work. The position helps maintain abstraction standards and documentation while identifying trends to inform internal and hospital-level quality reviews.
