NSST & Enabling Works Package Manager

The NSST & Enabling Works Package Manager leads the engagement and delivery of the North – South Service Tunnel and Enabling Works packages within the Devonport programme. This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating civils construction work to ensure delivery against schedule, budget, and quality standards while maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance. The position includes line management of a support team and coordination with stakeholders to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
