About this role

The NTI Hardware Manufacturing Engineer develops and manages end-to-end manufacturing plans for New Technology Introduction (NTI) hardware, translating design requirements into executable manufacturing routes across internal operations, suppliers, and special process sources. This role supports successful qualification and delivery by assessing producibility, identifying manufacturing risks early, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership skills to drive successful qualification and delivery of aerospace components.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end manufacturing plans for NTI hardware
Define routing, process sequence, tooling, and inspection requirements
Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams
